We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience.  We accept checks, cash or credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for services rendered in our office.

In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, payment is due at the time of treatment.

A 5% discount is given for patients paying at the time of service via debit, cash, or check.  If 65 or older, an 8% cash discount is given. 

As a courtesy to our patients, we submit insurance claims. However, we are not responsible for what your insurance company may or may not cover.
