Dr. Marci Aplin-Scott, Dentist/Owner

I am a true Central Oregon native, born and raised in Bend.  I came about my love of dentistry naturally as my father, Lowell “Doc” Aplin, practiced in Bend from 1939 until 1977.  Well respected and ingenious in his day, I vowed to be kinder and gentler.  I was a dental hygienist for 7 years before going back to OHSU  for my dental degree, graduating with honors.  I grew up involved with sports and the outdoors including ski racing, horses and tennis.  My true passion outside of dentistry is horses, both training and showing.  My goal as a dentist is to address my patient’s fears and apprenension of dentistry and to provide that “WOW” factor with cosmetic dentistry.  I am very focused on the periodontal health of my patients and educating them on their dental needs.
